Evaluates all patients referred for physical therapyCompletes and submits all required documentation via EMRConfers with person's most closely associated with the active management of the patient and to keep them informed of any additional patient needs, treatment modifications and/or progressMaintains a patient treatment schedule consistent with the needs of the clinic.
In addition, the Clinic Director is responsible for the direct management and oversight of the assigned clinic and its staff in coordination with the Front Office Manager, Area Manager and Regional Manager.
