Hospital Assistant Director Plant Operations & Facilities Management will be based out of the health system's 300
bed facility known for both their acute care hospital and rehab center located in Maryland.

The Hospital Assistant Director Plant Operations & Facilities Management will support a multidisciplinary team and be responsible for managing budgets, purchasing, maintaining records and update-to-date filing systems, updating policy procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
The Hospital Assistant Director Plant Operations & Facilities Management will also assist with developing programs to increase efficiency, assist with new hire education, and be the department liaison for the organization.
The Assistant Director Plant Operations & Facilities Management will have previous plant operations and facilities management experience, ideally within a healthcare setting.
Additionally, the Assistant Director Plant Operations & Facilities Management should hold their valid drivers license and stationary engineer license with previous specialized training in physical plant operations (plumbing, electrical, boilers, chillers, and other HVAC components).
