The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing staff.
This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff on a shift.
Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed by staff.
Train and mentor new staff members.
Monitor the performance of staff and provide feedback.
Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
Provide support to staff when needed.
