Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating civil construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, excellent project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise civil construction projects from start to finish - Develop project schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project goals are met - Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met - Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards - Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications - Utilize construction management software (such as HCSS or Primavera) to track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders - Provide guidance and support to project team members - Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction or a related field - Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, techniques, and materials - Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation - Experience with HCSS HeavyJob software is preferred - Familiarity with project scheduling software (such as Primavera) is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders If you are a highly organized individual with a passion for civil construction and a proven track record of successful project management, we encourage you to apply.
