We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for Rexel C&I in Capitol Heights, MD.
Summary of Key Responsibilities :
+ Support in the developing and implementing of company-wide policies
+ Providing support to HR Personnel on employee-relations and compliance issues.
+ Investigations specific to allegations of unlawful behavior and violations of company policies.
+ Compiling data for analysis and reporting, and possibly performing routine analyses.
+ Providing support for day-to-day HR operations.
+ Providing support across the organization for cross-functional activities.
+ Other duties as assigned.
+ This would be a great opportunity for someone pursuing a degree in Business with a focus in HR or someone looking to gain knowledge of HR functions.
Requirements:
+ Knowledge of Microsoft programs.
+ Ability to write and edit.
+ Some knowledge of compliance and employment law is a plus.
Qualifications:
+ A Junior or Senior Undergraduate student
+ Currently pursuing a degree in HR or Business

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
